The ‘got it, get it, good’ catchphrase soon lost its appeal. However for some reason the author thinks this point cannot be made without numerous metaphors, which I don’t feel I needed. The disadvantages are that it omits so many important details especially on charts and charts’ reading. It focused on one chart only and did not mention enough details about other famous and important charts (Stochastic, RSI, ADX, MACD, Momentum, etc.). But to be fair with the author, she has mentioned another book to refer to when seeking for more details on charts and it is called “The Art of Charts Reading”. The Info in this book is interesting, but all it really taught me was not to go into currency trading.

Being a rather experienced trader, I was not expecting to learn a lot of new things from a book intended for complete beginners. Still, I find it to be a bit less instructive than it should be. Unfortunately, it also fails to direct the reader to sources of further education. Clearly if this is advice is repeated in the book a lot of new traders are going to get burn’t. I suspect Ms Lien makes more money out of books and seminars than she does out of trading because I sure couldn’t make any money out of her signals. This book is a must for anyone that wants to look at trading the forex markets, investing, hedging investments.
